The Top Keel Part
Make sure your fold is on the inside of the BLUE TUBE which is going to be on the opposite of how you did the fold on the left side red top keel part.

The top keel part (inside of the tube) starts with double folding the front edge

Then a zigzag stitch down your fold.
- Lay your rulers down as show in the previous pictures lining up to the 39.25" and 34.25" spots.
- The top side mark at 39.25"

The bottom side mark at 34.25"

Double fold by first folding to your mark.

Now zig stitch down the fold.
