Part III - Learning on Land - Video of the basic windsurfing positions and turns you will learn during a first lesson. Includes some practice drills you can do at home to prepare you for your first lesson.

Part IV - Equipment - Shows how a sail is rigged and looks at three different wide style boards choices for your first board.
