The legendary Techno 283 comes with a Bic Select 46cm (18") fin that handles a wide sail range. This is a wide style lightweight board and it gets up on a plane without you working at it. This board first produced in 1999 sparked windsurfing into the Formula era. Over 30,000 283's have since been built by Bic Sports. The 283 is great as a transition board for a novice wanting to get off that big starter board or great for an expert looking for a light wind machine. (Not the acutal board shown .. but same graphics). This board was used for windsurfing lessons and was well taken care of. 220 liters, 4 foot straps, wide and stable, has a nice long centerboard and big fin which makes getting back upwind easily done. Tough plastic skin makes this the best family board available as it can take the hard knocks teens dish out. I have a used rig with 4.5 sail available for just $125. So a complete outfit can be had for $475 plus tax. specs, accessories, ding $725 - first edition used Mistral Prodigy and Epic board bag - This Prodigy has set idle for several years. Owned by a lady who only used it a few times, it is in premo condition. Just one little ding up by the nose area. Comes with the Competition size centerboard, a long Mistral base extension, a 34cm Hifly fin with Mistral fin bolt, 4 foot straps and a padded Epic wall bag that fits it like a glove. specs, fin/centerboard/foot $430 - Mistral Equipe Carbon XR Raceboard -comes with centerboard, newish fin and a mast foot with cup that takes a Chinook style extension. Straps are in very nice condition and a new gasket was just installed. Mast track car works also. This is a lightweight course racing board, it's not a good board for a beginner because they are built light and won't take the bumps and bruises a beginner dishes out on equipment. The former owner did some patch work on front deck and tail area but the repairs are barely noticeable. The gasket was broke and thus I installed a new gasket. Sorry but no guaranttee on the gasket work. I used the good SuperTen glue, it should hold. If you have been wanting a great long board .. this is it!!!!! $200 - Mistral Edge - 268-8'9" length / 54.4 - 21.3" width / 92 liter / powerbox fin box. Board is in great shape, track car works, straps still functional but worn, foot pads good but one side is weathered a bit, deck and bottom sides are in great condition. Fin and Mast Foot not included but I have used and new options available. The track car can take a Mistral peg or a standard 8mm single bolt base. Specs $350 F2 Xantos 295 - length 295 volume 127 liters - powerbox fin box - straps a bit faded but in good condition, deck and bottom side in excellent like new shape. This one is ready to ride. Fin and Mast foot not included but I have used and new options available. $80 Mistral Screamer - 9' 1" length - 23" width - Abase fin box, straps ok but center strap missing, foot pads good, top deck good shape and I put a new light coat of Redek on it. The bottom side a bit rough with scratches and one small fillin on the speed dent. Sorry I don't know volume but I estimate it at around 100. Fin or Mast foot not included but I have used and new options available. $899 - Used - 2006 Techno II 118 - like new - has been used just a couple hours out on a couple private demonstration/trials. This is one hot lightweight short board. specs, bottom, pads, fin     $325 - New - 1996 Hifly RX265 - 93 liters - 8'-9" with fin and straps, powerbox fin box type. This Hifly poly line board is tough and bomb proof. A great board for anyone ready to go fast and get into high wind sailing.
